SENIOR AIRMAN WILLIAM EDWARDS USAF

My name is William Edwards.  I am the son of Dennis and Rosemary Edwards of Orchard Park.  I am a graduate of St. Francis High School, and I am currently working towards my MBA.  I am an active duty Airman currently stationed at Mountain Home AFB, Idaho.  My wife’s name is Gianina Edwards and she, too, is an active duty Airman.  Together we have two daughters ages 7 and 4.  I have recently returned from my second tour in Tikrit, Northern Iraq, and I plan to leave the military after six years of proud service this coming fall.  My wife and I are proud to serve, and we are grateful for all the love and support that many of you have shown the troops. 

Although I have left Iraq, a part of me is still over there.  Until my fellow Airman, Soldiers, Sailors and Marines return home, a part of me will remain there with them.  I have some close friends from Orchard Park, East Aurora, and Hamburg still serving in Iraq and Afghanistan today.  Please pray for their safe return (B.M., M.M., M.D., J.M.).
